The Carthage College Center for Children's Literature and the Kenosha Public Library are proud to present Barb Rosenstock at the Southwest Library. Barb is a children's author who likes true stories about real people. She mixes fascinating research and playful language into picture books that bring the people of history to life. Her book, The Noisy Paint Box, about artist Vasya Kandinsky, was awarded a Caldecott Honor in 2015.
