Build resilience of mind and body by practicing yoga poses, mindfulness, and meditation over the course of three fun and engaging days. You’ll have an om-azing time! Registration required. Registration opens 2 weeks in advance. A signed waiver and permission slip must be signed before class begins. Must attend all three sessions, which began on July 8th.
