Public meeting rooms are available for use at both the Northside and Southwest Libraries. Rooms must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. No walk-in room booking will be accepted.

Meeting Room Guidelines:
- Meeting rooms are available during the current library operating hours and must be vacated 30 minutes before library closing.
- Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance (no walk-ins) and can be made up to 6 weeks prior to your event.
- Rooms may be reserved for up to 4 hours.
- Patrons may reserve rooms twice-monthly per branch.
When you use the meeting rooms at the Kenosha Public Library you agree to:

Follow all current mandates including properly wearing face masks/coverings.

Refrain from consuming food or beverage while using the meeting room.

Physically distance participants per CDC guidelines (6 feet of distance).

Exit the room no less than 30 minutes prior to the closing of the library.

Obey all other library rules.
