Family Yoga (For Families with Children, Registration Opens 9/11 at 12pm)

Shake, sing, and be silly while learning basic yoga poses, mindfulness, and meditation. Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) is a fun and engaging practice for young yogis and their grown-ups. Participants should bring a towel or blanket to use as a yoga mat, a favorite stuffed animal to relax with, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. This class is intended for children with a responsible adult caregiver actively participating. The class will be taught by Miss Heather, RYT-200, and certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor. Registration required.To register, call Youth & Family Services at (262) 564-6150. 

Parent/legal guardian must sign an electronic waiver for each participant (including adults) in advance of class. The waiver will be sent out in the confirmation email.


Important information to know before arriving for class:
-You must complete the KPL Family Yoga Class Permission Slip & Waiver form for each child and adult participating in class before class begins. You may fill it out electronically through the link included in the confirmation email.
-Bring a towel or yoga mat for each participant.
-Please make sure your family is dressed in comfortable clothing. 
-For the safety of all during the COVID-19 pandemic, please help your child maintain a distance of 6 feet or more from others during the program.
-Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get your child situated. Class starts promptly at 10:30am. Seats may be given to those on the waiting list if registrants are not present when class begins.

Registration for yoga applies to only the program on this date. Please register for each program you would like to attend. 

For the health and safety of all, children ages 2+ and unvaccinated teens are strongly encouraged to wear masks during all KPL programs that take place indoors.
