December 18th is International Migrants Day!

December 18, 2020 at 9:58 AM by

Today we recognize International Migrants Day! Through the end of this month, visit any of our Kenosha Public Library branches to learn more about the contributions migrants and immigrants have made to our history and to our communities today.

  • Book Display - Look for displays in each of our branches that feature fiction and nonfiction titles about Migrants and Immigrants.
  • Immigrants in Our Community Display - Read about some immigrants living and working in our community. Tell a library staff member at the desk about a country someone in the display came from or tell us about someone you know who immigrated from another country. Children who participate may choose a prize.
