KPL Teen Volunteers

February 22, 2019 at 12:02 PM by Jake Bowen

Are you friendly, creative, and responsible? Do you like working with younger children? Are you 14-17 years old? Then you might be a good fit to volunteer at the Kenosha Public Library!

Our teen volunteers sign up for opportunities (like assisting with children's programs) that fit their schedule, interests, and abilities. There is never a pre-set schedule. We want our teen volunteers to have a fun, rewarding experience.

If you're interested, the first step is to complete this application. You will then be invited to come in for an interview. If we think you're a good fit, you will be invited to join our "squad" of teen volunteers and attend an in-person orientation. Teen volunteers are required to reaffirm their interest in continuing to volunteer and attend another group orientation session in the Spring of each year.
