Statement on Unattended Children
We welcome you and the child in your care to the Kenosha Public Library. For the well-being and safety of the child, we ask that you remain in the building with any child under 9 and remain within sight of the child. Direct staff supervision of children is available only during library programs.
Parents are responsible for children's behavior whenever children are in the library. Library staff cannot assume responsibility for children's safety and behavior. Parents will be contacted if any child under 9 is unaccompanied by an adult in any Kenosha Public Library building.
