How do I get a pin number/password?
- Ask for a pin number/password when you apply for a library card. If you already have a library card, stop at the checkout desk, give the staff your library card number and ask to have a pin number/password.
- Call (262) 564-6101, give the staff your name and/or library bar code number and ask for a pin number/password. If you have indicated your email address when applying for a library card, your pin number/password can be sent to you by email.
What would I do with a pin number/password?
- View your library account by using the Internet.
- Use the Internet at the library for 120 minutes per day.
Can I change my pin number/password?
- We encourage you to change the pin number/password to something you will remember.
- Select the My Account link on this page.
- Click on “My Account”
- Enter your library card number, pin number/password, and then click “Sign in”
- Click on “Change My Password”
- Enter your old password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password by entering it again
- Click “Change”
- Your new password is entered into your account
