How do I contact a librarian?
There are a number of ways you can reach a librarian for help. During the hours the library is open you can call the reference desk at (262) 564-6130. Click here to see when we're open.
If you need an immediate answer and the library is not open or a phone is not available to you, you can use the online chat service called AskAway.
If you have a question related to KPL (about items available for example), you may receive a faster response by telephone or by emailing us directly. You can also check the Katalog.
