RKCAA has been providing a broad array of anti-poverty services in Racine and Kenosha counties since 1967. RKCAA enables low-income individuals, in rural and urban areas, to attain the skills, knowledge and motivation to achieve self-sufficiency.
 
Foreclosure Prevention Services are offered through the UW-Extension Cooperative Extension Quad Counties.
 
KHA is public corporation created by the City of Kenosha to operate housing programs targeted for low-income households, the elderly and persons with disabilities.
 
A division of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. Helps expand local affordable housing and support services to people without housing. The variety of federal and state programs managed by DHCD aid people with disabilities, low and moderate income residents and the homeless population. 
 
The IRS offers information on tax-related provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
