How do I connect to AskAway?
If you have a question related to KPL (about items available for example), you may receive a faster response by telephone or by Contacting Us. You can also check the Katalog.
Due to budget cuts, AskAway chat as it currently exists will no longer be available. A new chat service will soon take its place during library hours and will be answered by Kenosha Public Library reference staff. In the meantime, you can continue to e-mail questions to our staff when we are closed or you are unable to call.
